Important: This platform is powered by AI-assisted tools. AI-generated content, including prospect suggestions and draft messages, should be reviewed by users before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use
• You are solely responsible for all outreach messages sent using the Service
• We do not guarantee specific results, response rates, or client acquisition outcomes
• AI suggestions are provided as-is and should not be relied upon as professional advice

6. No Guarantees

Magnett is a tool designed to assist with outreach efforts. We do not guarantee:

• That you will acquire new clients or generate revenue
• Specific response rates or conversion metrics
• The accuracy or completeness of prospect data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

Results vary based on many factors including your service, messaging, market, and timing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Jennifer Herrera. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including customized outreach messages.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jennifer Herrera and Magnett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
